Breathe Pure have not provided permission to any other manufacturer to test or use our dehumidifier products (including our pumps) in conjunction with their products. We conduct rigorous testing on all our products and their interconnections to ensure they operate safely and are fully compatible with each other.
There may be serious risk of fire and electric shock caused by arcing should another manufacturer’s products be connected to any of our products. We do not carry out any testing of other manufacturers’ pumps or parts operating in conjunction with our dehumidifiers.
Installers
The companies listed in the ‘Find an Installer’ section of this website have completed our Expert Installer training courses. These third-party installers do not work directly Breathe Pure.. Breathe Pure is not liable for any loss or damage, incidental or consequential, resulting from work carried out by any of the listed companies.
All installers undergo a vetting process to ensure they meet our high standards of expertise and reliability. This includes thorough background checks, verification of qualifications, and continuous performance monitoring.
EU Declaration of Conformity
The Declaration of Conformity is the mandatory written statement drawn up by Breathe Pure to demonstrate the fulfilment of the EU requirements relating to their products that have been placed on the market. This declaration is supplemented by Innovation Dehumidifier Systems in partnership with Breathe Pure affixing the CE mark to their products. The declaration shall be in respect of all Community Acts applicable to the product, containing all information required for the identification of Community harmonisation legislation to which the declaration relates.
The declaration can cover one or more products manufactured, clearly identified by means of product name, product code, or other unambiguous reference, and must be kept by Breathe Pure, or any authorised representative acting on their behalf.
We, Breathe Pure, located at 101 New Cavendish Street, London W1W 6XH hereby declare under our sole responsibility that the product:

EN378 Declaration of Conformity
Declaration of Conformity in accordance with BS EN 378
Breathe Pure Ltd hereby declares that all refrigeration and humidity control systems supplied, installed, or maintained by our company are designed, selected, and operated in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 378 – Refrigerating systems and heat pumps – Safety and environmental requirements.
This includes compliance with:
- System design and installation to ensure safety for people and property
- Use of refrigerants in accordance with environmental and safety standards
- Leak detection and ventilation provisions where applicable
- Maintenance and servicing procedures that meet the standard’s requirements
All equipment is installed and commissioned by trained professionals, and we ensure that all systems are operated within the parameters defined by the manufacturer and EN378 guidelines.
